At AppaeTech Pool Supplies, we want to ensure your pool remains crystal clear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
